Acceptable Use Policy

Gatefather is a neutral platform. You bring your own bot, your own audience, and your own payment processor. But this policy describes content and conduct that is never acceptable on Gatefather, regardless of what your processor, Telegram, or local law might permit. Violating this policy can result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

You may not use Gatefather in connection with any of the following:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — in any form, depiction, description, or simulation. Zero tolerance. We will report to NCMEC or equivalent authorities and preserve records as required by law.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery — including “deepfake” or AI-generated imagery of real people without their explicit, verifiable consent.
• Human trafficking, sex trafficking, or coerced sex work — including solicitation, facilitation, or advertising thereof.
• Content depicting real violence, serious injury, death, or bestiality.
• Incitement of terrorism, mass violence, or violent extremism.
• Sale of illegal goods or services — including controlled substances, weapons regulated under applicable law, stolen goods, counterfeit items, forged documents, fraudulent financial instruments, or trafficked wildlife products.
• Fraud, phishing, scams, or ponzi/pyramid schemes — including rug-pull crypto schemes, fake investment opportunities, and “guaranteed returns” marketing.
• Malware, stolen credentials, or tools primarily used to compromise systems.
• Targeted harassment, doxxing, or coordinated incitement against an individual or identifiable group.
• Impersonation of another person, business, or brand without authorization.
• Content that infringes intellectual property you do not have the right to distribute.

Adult content (explicit sexual material between consenting adults), gambling, firearms, CBD/cannabis, and other legally-regulated categories are not prohibited per se on Gatefather, but you must independently comply with every applicable law in every jurisdiction where your channel is accessible and with your payment processor’s policies. That means:

• Adult content — You certify that all performers are verified adults, that 2257 records or the local equivalent are maintained by you, that consent is documented, and that age-verification gating is deployed where required (UK Online Safety Act, EU DSA, Louisiana HB 142, etc.).
• Gambling — You hold a valid license to operate gambling in every jurisdiction you serve, and you implement required responsible-gambling tools.
• Firearms / CBD / cannabis / alcohol / tobacco — You comply with all federal, state, provincial, and local licensing, age-verification, and shipping restrictions.
• Financial services and investment advice — You are appropriately registered or exempt under applicable securities, commodities, or broker-dealer laws.

Your payment processor enforces the first line of compliance. Gatefather does not override their policies, and may suspend your account if your processor flags repeated violations or terminates your merchant account.

Regardless of your content category, you may not:

• Attempt to circumvent subscription enforcement, payment webhooks, or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or clone Gatefather software for commercial reuse.
• Send spam, unsolicited mass broadcasts, or automated message floods through your bot.
• Abuse Telegram’s API through Gatefather in ways that risk the bot being banned.
• Use the Services in a way that overloads, degrades, or disrupts our infrastructure or other users’ Services.
• Misrepresent Gatefather’s relationship with you or with Telegram.

If you encounter content or conduct that violates this policy, please report:

• CSAM — email trust@gatefather.xyz with “URGENT CSAM” in the subject line. We respond within one hour, 24/7.
• Other abuse — email trust@gatefather.xyz. Business-day response within 24 hours.
• DMCA / copyright — email dmca@gatefather.xyz with the full DMCA notice elements (17 USC § 512(c)(3)).

Depending on severity, violations can result in:

• Warning with required remediation
• Temporary suspension pending review
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to payment processors, Telegram, and/or law enforcement
• Preservation of records pursuant to legal requirements

We reserve the right to act immediately and without prior notice in cases of suspected illegal content or imminent harm.

We update this policy as the legal landscape, processor requirements, and our platform evolve. Last-updated date reflects the current version. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance where feasible.
